There really is strength in numbers and our Semi Private Training proves it! In a small group of 2 – 5 people with a Certified Personal Trainer, you’ll experience working out like never before. Following a systematic program designed to get results in a private group setting. With attention in you the client, each person gets the workout he or she wants and needs, just in a small group setting.1-1 training is individualized. It is tailored to your specific requirements. Before your training program begins you will have completed a training needs analysis form which gives you and your personal trainer a starting point. From there, we will take you through a Functional Movement Screen. The material and pace at which we cover with you in your training is determined by you. There is no limit to how far you can go with the EFX System!

I really enjoy working with Mike, he takes the time to know his clients. The workouts are designed with each individual in mind. Kettlebell workouts are great, he challenges you all the way while making sure you have proper form and technique during the whole set. Mike guides you through each and every move. He will keep you motivated to do your best! It is amazing that you can feel the difference within yourself so quickly! I always look forward to my next session.
