“I had a hard time losing weight the past 5 years after having a child and quitting smoking. I was going to a “GYM” and I would lose some weight then gain it all back. I started EFX about a year ago and it was hard for me at first, I couldn’t even make it thru a full class but I kept going. I have had a few obstacles within this year where I wasn’t able to make it to classes so I tried doing it from home. It was not the same, I needed Mike pushing me and most importantly making sure my form is right. Now I am going to class 3-4 times a week consistently and eating better and I finally hit my 1st goal. I really enjoy working with Mike, he takes the time to know his clients. The workouts are designed with each individual in mind. Kettlebell workouts are great, he challenges you all the way while making sure you have proper form and technique during the whole set. Mike guides you through each and every move. He will keep you motivated to do your best! It is amazing that you can feel the difference within yourself so quickly! I always look forward to my next session.
